Report a job

When to report

• Every Monday, report each lead from the past week as won, pending or lost.
• Report again when a pending job is won or lost.
• Report each customer payment you receive on a won job, including deposits.

How the fee works

You pay 10% of the job price only on jobs you win. We invoice after your customer pays you, in proportion to what you received. Change orders count toward the job price; sales tax and permit fees do not.

Example: $6,000 job, $1,500 deposit paid. Fee now: $150. Remaining $450 is due as you collect the rest.
